It’s the height of summer and Chef Paige knows just what to do with fresh, seasonal produce from the Farmers' Market. Paige’s menu features chicken salad with cantaloupe, feta & arugula; summer pasta with sweet corn and zucchini; and potato & roasted red pepper pizza. To top off this delicious summer menu Paige will make delightful key lime cheesecake squares served with fresh blueberry compote. To get you in the local food mood, each class participant will receive a $5 Farmers Market token! Pre-registration is required.
