This class is designed to educate and inspire you to create a daily habit of enjoying simply prepared and simply delicious whole foods. We’ll get our day started with good digestions morning citrus water; a cup of green tea; and grandma’s dried fruit compote with yogurt. We’ll explore snacks worth snacking and ideas for a variety of portable lunches. Next, a nourishing dinner of baked salmon with fresh herbs; steamed greens; and ancient grain pilaf. Come hungry and with questions about eating well with whole foods. Pre-registration is required.
